Administrative

We have a wide experience in the negotiation and execution of administrative agreements with government bodies. We provide support and counsel in the participation of our clients in competitions and public tenders.

Administrative issues need processes and licenses; we have collaborated in different federal and state projects. We provide counseling in all processes related to water issues, as well as in procedures to obtain water license titles and transfers of rights, registration of wells and installation of private water networks. We have participated in the creation of the first systems of private water networks in the country.

Finally, we have negotiated and achieved that our national or foreign investor clients execute agreements where they have been granted stimuli.

Environmental

We perform preventive environmental audits for our clients. We also support them in the process to obtain the certification of clean industry, and in the preparation and presentation of federal or local manifestations of environmental impact.

We have participated with our clients in the process and management of license, other permits and environmental licenses, as well as with the registration of generation of hazardous waste.

Our counseling includes the compliance of environmental rules that are applied in a particular way to each one of our clients.

Public-Private Partnerships

Our firm has participated as legal counselor in the organization of several Public-Private Partnerships representing the private party, and in other cases as government counselor for the development of infrastructure projects, state agreements and public credits.
